The American fast food chain needed a design that merged its themed restaurant styles in the US with the more popular fast food outlet styles in Bangladesh. The interior design used wood and brick as its main materials, recreating a rustic country decor in a modern style. The white and brown color scheme used white bricks on the walls along with wooden planks on key walls. Further areas were devoted on the wall to the brand graphics that showcased the ethos of the brand and the processes used, along with product images and advertisements with upbeat graphics that reflected the interests of the customers.
The red seating used in the restaurant amped up the overall style, with metallic red chairs in the dining areas and bar stools in red next to the counters. This color not only reflected the branding, but also helped create a more dynamic design that blended the relaxed restaurant atmosphere with a fast food restaurant style. The wooden tables used matched with the overall color scheme and also gave the effect of being in an American diner, which was a quintessential need for the brand. The serving area in white complemented the rest of the design and created an openness to the restaurant.
The design for the restaurant aimed at bringing in the identity of the well loved brand while adapting it for the Asian audience. The result was a space that allowed the restaurant to become a mainstay and be the best interior design in Dhaka.
